English Camp (28 August 2010)
The English Camp was successfully held on 28.Aug.2010. The aim of organising this camp is to enhance more "A " scorers and higher passing percentage in the coming UPSR. The English teachers had worked very hard along the way and pre-UPSR tests clearly show a remarkable improvement in this subject. The camp started as early as 8:00 am and ended at 3:00 pm. 112 participants took part in this programme. The participants were carefully chosen to achieved the aim of this programme. Teachers and pupils showed full commitment through out the activities.
This programme was different from the usual one because we focused on the "output" of participants instead of "input" from the teachers. This idea is important especially at the final stage of examination preparation.Students worked in small group to answer questions in the modules. The answers were written in mahjong's papers. The teachers guided them along the way and pinpointed the mistakes on the mahjong's papers.
Similar programme for B.Melayu will be carried out on 4.Sept.2010. Hopefully with these efforts, our candidates will perform in the coming UPSR on 21 - 23.Sept.2010.
