I attended a luncheon hosted by ERICAN Language Centre yesterday. This event was to mark the official launch of ERICAN Program 123 for Kluang district. The guest of honor was the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sport, Y.B. Gan Ping Sieu. In the opening speech, Y.B. Gan reiterated the importance of acquiring language skill for better communication.
The founder and CEO of ERICAN language Centre, Mr.Eric Chong shared with the audience the route ( hardship ) he took to master English language. His speech really inspired audience of the floor. I followed closely and tentatively the content of his speech. I noticed Eric Chong has a strong background of Chinese literature and he adheres to the Chinese way of life firmly. Marvelous, Eric Chong is the model I sought for all this while.His attitude, passionate, achievement, world class thinking and much more good values serve as good example for each and every one of us !
